Tanya Richardson (Head Trainer)

  • I have my Bachelors of Education in Exercise and Fitness with a minor in dance.
  • I have been a weight loss specialist and a fitness trainer for over 12 years and have personally lost over 85 pounds using a program I created called The Rapid Results Weight Loss program.
  • I am an ACSM certified personal trainer, certified weight loss coach and certified group exercise instructor.
  • I specialize in personal training for all ages and fitness levels and teaching people that balanced living can actually be fun!

Lorin Brown

  • Certified in Dietary Management
  • Focusing on fitness plans for individiuals with physical and medical disabilities including high-blood pressure, joint limitation and arthritis.
  • Specializing in innovative food and meal programs to motivate clients with results to adhere to fitness programs and maintain accurate records through accountability.
  • Teaching all clients muscle defining techniques through isolation and posture focus.
  • Ab/core class group instructor.
  • IFA fitness instructor; Certified Dietetics Management; CPR

Jermaine Davis

  • I am a certified personal trainer.
  • I have experience in wrestling, baseball and football.  I love to help as many people as I can in as many ways possible, rather it's in mobility, strength, speed, weight or in life, period.
  • I am from Cleveland, born and raised and a father of three.
  • I have a NPTI Personal Training Certificate and am American Red Cross AED/CPR Certified.
  • I specialize weight loss, children programs and athletic training.
    • Mission Statement: My goal in life to have fun and help to the best of my abilities serve to the needs of my clients.  When you are with me excellence is an action.  Yes it's nothing to it but too just do it. 

Troy Johnson

  • Personal trainer certified through the National Personal Training Institute of Cleveland/Columbus and International Fitness Association.
  • Specializing in strength training, muscle toning, rapid weight loss, power lifting and boxing skills.
  • I offer vital nutritional advice, build confidence and mental focus to help clients reach they're goals.
  • One on one and group training is available.

Kennedy Jones

  • Personal trainer specializing in weight loss and strength training.
  • ASAF Certified (licensed and insured) and Rapid Results Weight Loss certified.
  • My experience in sports and a healthy lifestyle goes back decades, excelling in several sports, winning in weight lifting competitions and more recently personally losing 41 pounds in 90 days through the Rapid Results Weight Loss program.  I subsequently coached my Rapid Results student to lose 46 pounds in 90 days.
  • My experience will be your "ace in the hole" and it would be my pleasure to assist you in reaching your fitness goal.

Matthew Palsgrove

  • Specializing in senior strength and mobility, weight training for all ages and small group High Intensity Interval Training and Olympic Lifting movements.
