  • Bachelors of Education in Exercise and Fitness, Cleveland State University
  • Minor Degree in Dance, Cleveland State University
  • 12 years of experience as a personal trainer
  • Certified Weight Loss Specialist, Rapid Results Weight Loss Program
  • Certified Personal Trainer, American College of Sports Medicine
  • Master level group exercise instructor (12 years of experience)


  • Weight loss education
  • Group personal training and group exercise
  • Fitness training special populations including individuals with MRDD
  • Working with seniors to improve their bone density, flexibility, to gain and maintain muscle mass and to manage their weight
  • Working with women after child birth to regain core strength, muscle tone and assist them in returning to their normal weight quickly

    9 - 11 a.m.
