Senior Activity Center
Activities & Programs
Opened in 2002, the Senior Activity Center - housed in the Community Center at One Monticello Boulevard - offers a variety of classes, discussion groups, clubs and programming for seniors. Activities range from the Arts, Dance, Book Discussions, a variety of games, lectures and Wii Bowling. Wellness programs - including Yoga, Strength Training, Tai Chi, Pilates - are among the most popular classes. Bus trips are also planned and include entertainment, food, shopping and more. One of the Senior Center's most impressive and significant amenities is its state-of-the-art Computer Center, which provides hands-on classes for every level of computer use. Tutors are available to help. Van rides are available to and from the Senior Activity Center for senior residents.
