Both Shallow Water Aerobics and Deep Water Aerobics classes are held at Cumberland Outdoor Pool.
Shallow Water Aerobics
This class is intended for people aged 18 and over. It includes a vigorous 40-minute workout in the water, incorporating cardiovascular exercise along with calisthenics. Participants need to be comfortable in the water.

Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Dates: June 11 to August 8 (No class 7/4 & 7/30)
Time: 6:30-7:15 p.m.
Deep Water Aerobics
This class is intended for experienced swimmers aged 18 and over. The program is challenging, intense, and a great alternative workout for lap swimmers. Participants need their own deep water belts.
