Tai Chi for Mind Body & Spirit

Adults join our Tai Chi class for all fitness levels, experience whole body awareness for a healthy daily lifestyle! Tai Chi offers slow moving exercises as the class incorporates gentle stretching, emphasis on balance, and Qi Gong breathing for relaxation. The form(s) can be practiced seated or standing. Please bring a spill proof water bottle; comfortable clothing and shoes advised, please no clogs, crocs or flip flops.
