Yoga for Any and Every Body

Yoga for all skill levels. This class covers the fundamentals of yoga for beginners, those returning to yoga or anyone looking for a gentler approach to yoga. There will be an emphasis on the basics of poses, along with breathing and relaxation of the mind and body.
