What activities are available to senior residents?

Opened in 2002, the Senior Activity Center - housed in the Cleveland Heights Community Center at 1 Monticello Boulevard - offers a variety of classes, discussion groups, clubs and programming for seniors 60 and over.  Activities range from the arts, dance, book discussions, lectures and wellness programs - including yoga, strength training, tai chi, and Pilates - are among the most popular classes.  Call 216-691-7377 for additional information or refer to the monthly newsletter, News for Senior Adults.
