    If you have a chronic long lasting condition or disease, join this free six week course Chronic Disease Self Management (CDSM). You'll get the support you need, find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment options and learn better ways to talk with your doctor about your health. CDSM has been shown to improve health and communication with doctors, while reducing distress and helping manage symptoms like fatigue, pain and depression. It has all the elements that make a great game: it's easy to learn and fast moving, it's different every time it's played, it combines luck and strategy, and it changes quickly so every player has a chance to win until the very end.
