    Come out and enjoy great conversation with the Oak Street Health team as they present information about the services that will be offered at their new facility locations in Cleveland. Oak Street Health, a network of primary care centers focuses on serving Medicare-eligible adults in medically under served neighborhoods. Chicago-based Oak Street Health collaborates locally to care for patients and plans to build partnerships in Cleveland with meal programs, chronic disease self-management programs and refugee services. The centers feature programming such as fitness classes, computer lessons, educational opportunities and movie screenings, as well as door-to-door transportation for patients.

    Rummikub ("rummy-cube") is a tile-based game for two to four players, combining elements of the card game rummy and tile game mahjong. It has all the elements that make a great game: it's easy to learn and fast moving, it's different every time it's played, it combines luck and strategy, and it changes quickly so every player has a chance to win until the very end. If you can play gin rummy you can play Rummikub! Or play a rousing game of Monopoly!
