Tanya Richardson (Head Trainer)

  • I have my Bachelors of Education in Exercise and Fitness with a minor in dance.
  • I have been a weight loss specialist and a fitness trainer for over 12 years and have personally lost over 85 pounds using a program I created called The Rapid Results Weight Loss program.
  • I am an ACSM certified personal trainer, certified weight loss coach and certified group exercise instructor.
  • I specialize in personal training for all ages and fitness levels and teaching people that balanced living can actually be fun!

Troy Johnson

  • Personal trainer certified through the National Personal Training Institute of Cleveland/Columbus and International Fitness Association.
  • Specializing in strength training, muscle toning, rapid weight loss, power lifting and boxing skills.
  • I offer vital nutritional advice, build confidence and mental focus to help clients reach they're goals.
  • One on one and group training is available.
