Mat Pilates

Pilates is a series of targeted exercises that strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility generated from the core.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own exercise mat, towel and water.   (Max limit is 10 - Sorry no drop-ins) Must register a week prior to start date!
